Superman Returns was praised for its impressive visuals at the time, especially its use of CGI to create a realistic flying effect. Superman Returns was more of a reverent, somewhat melancholy homage to the classic Christopher Reeve version. It represents a more real Superman shown in the comics. Man of Steel‘s darker, more serious tone and destructive climax were divisive. Surely, the dark mood makes it more interesting as it was the first Superman movie to give off such a serious tone. The most recent Superman is generally seen as more lighthearted and optimistic than Man of Steel. ‘’I think that Superman 2025 is the best Superman movie yet,’’ junior Amir Beamon said. “I really thought that the movie was too short because I was so into the movie. And I also believe that Man of Steel has the best Superman suit design.I find it better looking than the suits in other Superman films,” he emphasized.
