Olympia’s hospitality and culinary programs took an industry-based site visit to our partner hotel, the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. The students had the opportunity to learn about the different departments and careers in a hotel including sales and banquets. They also had the privilege to use their culinary skills, and practice for the Servsafe certification by creating their own pizzas in the professional kitchen! We appreciate our partner hotel and the admin who support our programs!
